Vine varieties: 40% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, 20% cabernet franc, 10% petit verdot
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels (40% of which are new)
Intense with aromas of berries and ripe plums.
Elegant tannins. There is an aroma of plums doubled by aroma of cocoa with an ntensive finish.
Goes well with game meat with cranberry sauce or strong cheese. Keep up to 15 years. Serve at 17-18°.
